London Borough of Waltham Forest select FM Easy. Total IT are pleased to announce that London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) have selected FM Easy as their preferred FM application to manage their meeting rooms, conference facilities, halls and visitor bookings.

LBWF were amongst the first to implement the plasma visitor reception screen. This facility welcomes visitors to the civic offices with a bright and informative display on a large screen in the town hall reception area.

As visitors arrive their name and relevant information like the location of the meeting they are to attend is displayed to assist both visitors and reception staff, in making the conference and meeting facilities run as smoothly as possible.
