T-Mobile, one of the world's leading mobile communications companies, has selected and successfully implemented the leading edge FM Easy facility booking and visitor management applications to further enhance efficiency and Employee Relationship Management (ERM) within their UK offices.

The FM Easy applications, supplied by Derby based Serco Learning (FM Easy), enable T-Mobile staff to book meeting rooms and associated equipment and catering from their desktops over the T-Mobile intranet. The visitor management module allows users to quickly and easily add details of visitors to the system at the time of booking.

The system keeps T-Mobile reception staff fully informed of visitors to the company's various offices, facilitating a more efficient and personal service on arrival.
