FM Easy Visitor Management allows your staff to enter their planned visitor details quickly and easily into the system, as part of a room booking, or in a simple visitor booking. Multiple visitors can be easily entered into single booking.

The module significantly enhances your visitors’ perception of the event by sending automated emails with full details of any associated meeting, and details of your organisation (directions, local hotels, health and safety, etc).

Visitor parking spaces can be allocated.

Visitor details are automatically available to reception staff on the day of arrival, ensuring a knowledgeable welcome. Visitor badges can be printed on arrival or in bulk. A plasma welcome screen can be used to welcome your visitors automatically as they arrive.

Simple management information graphs show likely peaks and troughs in reception activity, allowing simple resource planning to ensure visitors a smooth entry to site.

Details of frequent visitors can be stored in the system for easy retrieval, including photographs.

Your Reception and Security Staff have at their finger tips visitors’ details, meeting details if booked with a room, their sponsor details, and visit destination. They also have the ability quickly to enter ad-hoc visitors’ details where necessary.
