Travel Management

The FM Easy Travel Management system allows all of your staff, including travel arrangers, to manage all of their travel arrangements efficiently.

End users can quickly enter simple, and complex multi-travel type requests, which arefed through to central travel arrangers. Travel arrangers have the information required, in a simple to process format, to get on and arrange the required travel, making the best use of centrally negotiated deals.

All details are recorded on a detailed travel database which feeds a host of flexible and powerful management information reports.

End users can be set up as self authorising, or requiring the authorisation of a budget manager, retaining the appropriate controls on expenditure. Budget management staff and booking staff retain intelligent control, ensuring appropriate status hire cars and travel class are used.

In addition budget managers can produce actual and commitment costing reports for any of their managed cost centres.

The FM Easy Travel management system helps enable the provision of an efficiently managed central travel service for large organisations.
