Reprographics Management

The FM Easy Reprographics module effectively manages the request and production services of a reprographics service.

Using the FM Easy Repro system all staff can log and monitor their repro requests on line, using the simple web-based form.

Depending upon how you choose to configure your version of the system:

• Users can be notified of costs as they enter the request (which can dramatically reduce your enterprise printing costs because users see the implications of choosing colour and various finishing options)
• Requests can be sent directly to the reprographics department or, using intelligent work flow management, channelled to the relevant cost centre manager for authorisation. In addition authorisation financial levels can be set up at cost centre level, to route only requests above a certain value through the authorisation process.

Budget managers have full visibility of past and committed costs for their cost centres. These can be viewed in a number of formats, including graphical views of trends.

Users can monitor the progress of their request, and they are notified by email on completion of their request.

Reprographics staff benefit from sensible work management processing, with the system displaying requests in order of urgency, and issuing alarms prior them missing service levels.

The system comes with a comprehensive set of management information graphs and reports.
