Management Information

Each FM Easy module comes with a comprehensive set of management information reports and graphs.

SQL report writer is used to provide informative and flexible reporting from an industry leading report writing tool. Reports can be printed, exported to spreadsheets, pdf files, emailed, etc.

Users may elect to use other reporting tools such as Crystal should they wish to write their own custom reports.

Most standard reports are performance targeted, allowing management to gather FM information, key to making strategic decisions about running the site.

A few examples of the numerous standard reports:

  • Comparing room usage rates in different areas of a building, or even in different buildings.
  • Comparing the levels of service provided by the same help desk service in different areas or buildings, or even comparing the performances of staff within a help desk service, to allow the development of best practice across the enterprise.
  • Showing reception staff, graphically, the number of expected visitors for the week ahead. The same information can be shown by expected arrival time, for the current day or any other day. This enables better resource planning to ensure a well managed reception for visitors at times of peak demands.
  • Help desk managers can see real-time graphs showing requests that are in alarm and overdue status. The system is proactive in warning before service level targets are exceeded (both in terms of response and completion of requests). Alarms are highlighted to managers in time to do something about them before SLAs are breached. From the same screen the manager can click on any graph bar to view the requests involved, in 'worst offender or most at risk of failure' first sequence. They may then drill down further to see the full request details.
  • Showing cost centre managers detailed reprographics costs booked to their cost centre
