Audio Visual Management

The FM Easy Audio Visual Management module is a specialist module for sites with a larger than average AV production requirement. For example colleges, knowledge and training institutions, national conference centres, etc.

For smaller institutions AV Equipment management is covered in the FM Easy Room Booking module, which handles the day to day management of AV equipment used in meetings and presentations etc.

The AV management module:

• Allows users to request AV goods and services (for example photography, filming, video recording, editing, etc) from their desktops using simple web-based forms.
• Enables AV production staff to manage their work loads with diaries showing them who requires what, where and when.
• Keeps customers informed as to the status of their requests.
• Allows budget manager to manage and monitor the costs associated with such service.
• This module should only be considered for users with a very heavy usage of AV services and goods.
