FM Easy is a simple to use intranet based Facilities Management application that enhances the efficiency of FM within large enterprises.
Also known as a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software application suite, FM Easy is simple to implement into your enterprise.
FM Easy empowers your staff with easy access to the facilities required for their everyday jobs. It significantly enhances the experience of all your site users, including your visitors.

FM Easy - what will it do? |
A simple example:
Using FM Easy all of your staff can see on line diaries for all of your shared rooms. This can be multi building if applicable.
Staff can view room and colleagues diaries on the same screen using the outlook interface and make a booking.
Their catering and equipment needs can be included. As well as outlook invites to internal attendees, external visitors can also be added to the meeting. These visitors will be sent an email with details of the meeting and how to find you.
They will be booked in at reception on the relevant date, allowing an automated greeting on the plasma screen, and a welcome from knowledgeable staff as they arrive.
